Nail & paw pads tidy, bath + blow-drying, de-shedding, introductory puppy grooms, senior comfort grooms, mini & full grooms as well as various different styling options.

If you have an idea in mind (even a little creative) we’d love to hear it!

We work on an appointment only basis, however if you are looking for a last minute appointment or if you would like a quick service such as nails or paw pads, contact us & we will do our best to accommodate you on the day!

We price based on both weight & height.
While we do follow general weight guidelines, your dogs size category may vary depending on height,
therefore size will be assessed at time of appointment.

You will receive a confirmation text the day before your pups scheduled appointment.

Our late/cancellation policy is as follows:

No-shows, cancellations & rescheduling within 24hrs of appointment will incur a $40 fee per appointment/per dog.

Customers who are 15min+ late for their appointment will incur a $15 late fee & this may apply per additional 15 minutes.

Customers who are 1hr+ late may result in cancellation of appointment & your deposit will be non-refundable.

As we mainly run at a one-on-one capacity, your pup must be collected within 1hr of collection alert or there will be an additional half day daycare fee of $30 per dog.

Yes absolutely!
At Cosy Pups our focus is to provide a kind, gentle & relaxing environment for your pup.
We are well-experienced working with anxious & senior dogs, taking regular breaks when needed to work at your pups pace & ensure a calm & stress free experience.

Yes we will de-matt your dogs within reason.

However in more extreme cases or regularly re-occurring cases we may recommend shaving for the comfort & well-being of your pup. This will be discussed at drop off if necessary.

We understand wanting to maintain length in your pups coat & we will do our best to retain as much length as possible if shaving is required.

Please note cases resulting in a shave down will incur the de-matting shave down fee.
